Michter's
Sour Mash Whiskey

Named for the process of using previously fermented mash as a starter for the next batch of unfermented mash. Due to its unique grain bill, this whiskey cannot be called either a rye or bourbon whiskey. Toffee sugar, warmed baking spices with a touch of smoked apple and pear. It starts with corn sweetness before developing a spicy rye note.
